There are five Calenco user roles:
Customer Account Manager can:
manage the subscription,
add or remove licenses,
assign rights,
view invoices,
create new workspaces,
create shared spaces,
add languages to the workspace.
create workflow templates,
manage filtering attributes,
activate features: Pack collaboratif, Calenco Traduction, Sharepoint Publications, DocuSign,
define the role required for file deletion,
clean up the version history for all documents in the space.
Workspace administrator can :
create workflow templates and manage workflows,
manage filtering attributes,
To manage servers for storage
To manage publications
Create content
Editor: can create and update documents and content;
Proofreader: can access documents in read-only or comment mode via tasks assigned to it as part of a workflow;
Operator: can access the interactive forms to which it is associated (see To create a new user account).
