1. To administer

There are five Calenco user roles:

  • Customer Account Manager can:

    • manage the subscription,

    • add or remove licenses,

    • assign rights,

    • view invoices,

    • create new workspaces,

    • create shared spaces,

    • add languages to the workspace.

    • create workflow templates,

    • manage filtering attributes,

    • activate features: Pack collaboratif, Calenco Traduction, Sharepoint Publications, DocuSign,

    • define the role required for file deletion,

    • clean up the version history for all documents in the space.

  • Workspace administrator can :

    • create workflow templates and manage workflows,

    • manage filtering attributes,

    • To manage servers for storage

    • To manage publications

    • Create content

  • Editor: can create and update documents and content;

  • Proofreader: can access documents in read-only or comment mode via tasks assigned to it as part of a workflow;

  • Operator: can access the interactive forms to which it is associated (see To create a new user account).
