Most of these errors concern Calenco users who send their documents for translation to their translation agency's CAT tool, or Calenco users who own their own CAT tool license.

Ask the translation agency to check and reactivate the webhook. Perform translation quality assurance for “tags and formatting” (translation can be revalidated with the status Completed Managing a translation project). Check the settings to display the tags in the editor. |
The translated file returns but in “broken” mode (XML code) |
