Most of these error cases concern Calenco users who send their documents for translation to their translation agency's CAT Phrase tool or Calenco users who own their own CAT Phrase tool license.

Ask the translation agency to check and reactivate the webhook. Perform translation quality assurance for “tags and formatting” (translation can be revalidated with the status CompletedManaging a translation project). Check the settings to display the tags in the editor. |
